Dr. Ghattas was very friendly with natural lovely personality and highly professional. She took her time to explain to me the whole procedure which was quite complicated of placing four crowns on my four implants. She did everything with ease and made sure the result looked good and felt completely natural in my bite. Overall Dr. Ghattas is an excellent dentist. Highly recommended. And whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

Made last minute dental cleaning as a new patient. The receptionist was very accommodating and helped to fit me in the same day. The office is incredibly clean and modern, calming in many ways. The staff was unbelievably friendly, attentive, and efficient. No time wasted waiting in the office.

My hygienist was Gabriela (Gabby). Gabby is by far the best hygienist I have come across. Super friendly, patient, thorough in her work, knowledgeable, very caring and gentle (my gums are sensitive to trauma). I will be a repeat patient.

I have major dental anxiety, but Dr. Gedz and her team are fantastic. I get a lot of dental work done and I’ve never left the office in pain. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Both offices are very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Paul is always so welcoming and patient – whether he’s sending you appointment reminders, walking you through billing and insurance stuff, or whatever-else, he always makes the whole process easy. Such a relief to have a great dentist! I’m pretty sure I have all my colleagues going here at this point.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and prepared, they did a great job on my teeth. Absolutely making them my main dentist office. I was seen by Dr. Shin and she was fast, and did an amazing job. I’ve been coming here for the last year and a half. This was my first dentist in NYC after moving here.

I have full confidence I’m working with top quality professionals. If I had to complain about ONE thing, it would be that sometimes I have to wait a few minutes after my appointment time. HOWEVER, I trust this is only because the dentist or hygienist is taking their time with every patient (which I love and totally don’t mind).

I highly recommend this office, and their staff. The woman who works in finance and scheduling is also amazing. She has worked with me on developing a plan for filling my cavities, which I have to pay cash for due to not having dental insurance. She is very friendly, and understanding of my situation.

Overall, I highly recommend this practice to all patients.
