Dr. Sylvia Ghattas, D.D.S.

Dr. Ghattas Grow up in a home with three dentists both her parents and sister. Being in this type of environment with prosthodontist father, Periodontist mother and pedodontist sister only served to peak her interest in dentistry and helped to shape her desire to pursue a life in this field of practice.
Dr. Ghattas graduated from Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery at Misr International University in Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Ghattas commitment to excellence in dentistry drove her to move to the states after being an Owner and general dentist for a private practice in Egypt.

Dr. Ghattas completed her post-doctoral training at Columbia university in New York City for two year and one year as a resident in New York Presbyterian hospital, where she obtained extensive restorative and surgical training, including full mouth rehabilitation and implant therapy. She is a professional dedicated to excellence in prosthodontics from preventative care to restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Dr. Ghattas is a member of German society of Oral Implantology, Egyptian Dental Association, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, New York City Dental Association and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She is also an Invisalign certified.

Outside of dentistry she enjoys exploring different cities and their cuisines with her husband and their beautiful girls. She speaks English and Arabic.
